Your unsold stock is getting older

Relisting fixes a listing that has gone quiet. It does not check whether the price was ever right to begin with.

Auto Relister solves one version of ageing stock: a listing goes quiet, and it comes back fresh on a
schedule, unchanged. That is the correct answer when the item, the price and the description are all still
fine, and the listing just needs a new moment in front of new search traffic.

It is not the answer to a different, quieter problem: a price that was set once, a long time ago, and
never revisited since — while the market underneath it kept moving. A listing that has been live
unchanged for months is not evidence the price is still right. It is evidence nobody has checked.

What Price Comparison does

Price Comparison flags listings that are worth checking against the current market, and lets you
price-check them individually. It is a judgement tool rather than an automatic repricer — it surfaces
the candidates worth a second look, rather than silently changing anything on your behalf. For ageing
stock specifically, that is often the more useful question to be asking: not “should this relist
unchanged”, but “is this still priced for the market it’s actually competing in”.

Next to it: Auto Relister

Once a price is one you are actually happy with again, Auto Relister keeps the listing itself moving in
search on the schedule you set — so the two problems get solved in the order that makes sense: get
the price right, then keep the listing fresh.

What we are not claiming

We are not describing Price Comparison as an automatic repricing engine — it flags and lets you
check, the decision stays yours. And we are not claiming a specific competitor-data source or update
frequency we have not confirmed; the claim here is the existence of the check, not a mechanism we have not
verified in detail.
