A store banner that looks like your brand, not eBay’s default

For sellers with a store: eBay hands every one of them the same banner layout. Nothing about that layout says whose store it actually is.

If you run an eBay store, eBay has already given you a store page — that part is not something
anyone needs to buy. What is worth a second look is the banner across the top of it: the default layout
every store gets, unless it has been deliberately replaced.

A buyer who clicks through from a listing into your store is making a small but real judgement in that
moment. A store page that looks identical to every other seller’s default reads as generic, regardless of
how good the products underneath actually are.

What Top Seller Design actually changes

Top Seller Design includes a store banner built to match a seller’s actual branding — colours,
logo, the visual language already established across their listings — ready to add to the storefront.
It is not a new store page, and it does not create a capability eBay does not already provide; it replaces
the one visible part of an existing store page that currently looks like nobody bothered.

One brand, not two

A branded banner sitting above listings that still carry eBay’s default look reads as inconsistent
rather than intentional. Listing Designs applies the matching template across live listings, so the store
and the listings read as one coherent brand rather than a banner doing its own thing above a default
catalogue.

Who this is actually for

Worth being direct about this one: not every Frooition or Boost client has an eBay store. Some hold a
normal selling account without one, and a store banner is not relevant to that account at all. This is a
feature for store holders specifically — store holders who have purchased Top Seller Design get the
banner as part of it; store holders on other packages do not have it by default.

What we are not claiming

We are not claiming every client has an eBay store, and we are not implying the banner is available
outside the Top Seller Design package. The claim is specific and narrow: for sellers who do have a store,
the banner they are currently showing buyers is very likely the default one, not one that looks like theirs.

I own the companies behind the tools named here, so weigh that accordingly. The problem is real whether or not you use them.
